All About New Cell Phones

O2, Orange, Vodafone, and T-Mobile have confirmed that they will launch the highly anticipated iPhone 4 in the UK. Orange, Vodafone, and O2 have posted special webpages for the iPhone 4 where users can sign up to receive more information as it becomes available, while T-Mobile has simply made an announcement, saying that “further information on launch timings, pricing and tariff plans will be revealed in due course.” As a reminder, Apple will release the iPhone 4 in the U.S., France, Germany, the U.K., and Japan on June 24th, 2010. T-Mobile UK is ready to release the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini Pro, which is the QWERTY version of the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini. The non-QWERTY version is thinner than the QWERTY model. The new Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini Pro features Android 1.6 (upgradeable to Android 2.1 starting Q4 2010), a 2.55-inch QVGA touchscreen display, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, a 3.5mm headset jack, and a 5MP AutoFocus camera. What’s more, T-Mobile UK will also release the BlackBerry Pearl 3G 9105, which features an alphanumeric keypad instead of a SureType keypad. Both smartphones will be released in June 2010. Word has it that T-Mobile will launch Moto CLIQ XT, HTC HD2, Nokia Nuron next month as part of its Q1 2010 line-up. The HTC HD2 will be launched on March 24th, meanwhile the Moto Cliq XT (aka Zeppelin) will be launched on Mach 10th. The highly anticipated Nokia Nuron will be released on March 17th. T-Mobile UK has recently unveiled its Q1 2010 line-up, including phones that it already sells such as the Nokia E72, Samsung Galaxy Portal, LG InTouch Max GW620 and LG GD510 Pop. Some of T-Mobile UK’s new phones that aren’t available yet but will be offered on contract include Nokia X6, BlackBerry Storm2 9520, Sony Ericsson Vivaz, and Sony Ericsson Xperia X10. There are also several handsets coming on Pay As You Go such as BlackBerry 8520, T-Mobile Variy Text, T-Mobile Vairy Touch 2, Nokia 2220, Nokia 1616 and T-Mobile Pulse (with Android).
