HTC Wildfire With Android 2.1

HTC has recently announced the HTC Wildfire smartphone, which is actually an entry-level Android 2.1 handset. It has a 528Mhz MSM7225 CPU with a 384MB of RAM and a 512MB of ROM, a 3.2-inch QVGA capacitive touchscreen, a 5MP camera with AutoFocus and LED Flash, GPS, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi. What’s more, the cell phone also features the Friend Stream application for access to Facebook, Twitter and Flickr. The Android-powered HTC Wildfire will be available in Europe and Asia starting in the Q3 of 2010. No word on pricing so far. [MobileTechWorld]
