Sprint has launched a commercial video of the highly anticipated HTC EVO 4G. Sprint will release this handset on June 4th, 2010 for $199.99 with a new 2-year contract. As a reminder, the Sprint HTC EVO 4G will be the first 4G phone in the US. The HTC EVO 4G features a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, an 8.0-megapixel AutoFocus camera with HD-capable video camcorder, a forward-facing 1.3-megapixel camera and the latest Android 2.1 OS. Motorola has finally confirmed the Motorola FlipOut, which is targeted at young users. Available in White, Fairway Green, Poppy Red, Raspberry Crush, Brilliant Blue, Licorice and Saffron, the handset is powered by Android 2.1 OS and comes with enhanced MotoBlur features, including “Happenings and Messages widgets” and Data Manager. Weighing at 120 grams, the FlipOut has a full 5-row QWERTY keyboard, a social networking integration (Facebook, MySpace, Twitter – you known them), a 2.8-inch QVGA touchscreen display, full suite of Google services, Wi-Fi, A-GPS, eCompass, CrystalTalk PLUS, WebKit browser with Adobe Flash, a 3.5mm headset jack, a 3MP camera with Kodak Perfect Touch technology, a 512MB of internal memory, and a 2GB card. T-Mobile USA is ready to release the LG Sentio, LG dLite and LG GS170. The LG Sentio a.k.a. LG GS500 Cookie Plus is a touchscreen phone with a 3-inch WQVGA (240 x 400) display, 3G, GPS, T-Mobile web2go, T-Mobile Social Buzz, an MP3 player, Visual Voicemail support, and an 3MP camera. Available in “electric blue” and “bubblegum”, the LG dLite features an external LED display, a 2.8-inch QVGA internal display, 3G, Social Buzz, Visual Voicemail, and a 3MP camera. The LG GS170 is a clamshell handset that suports Bluetooth 2.1, e-mail, SMS, MMS, and a VGA photo camera. No info on pricing at this time. Read more…

T-Mobile UK is ready to release the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini Pro, which is the QWERTY version of the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini. The non-QWERTY version is thinner than the QWERTY model. The new Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini Pro features Android 1.6 (upgradeable to Android 2.1 starting Q4 2010), a 2.55-inch QVGA touchscreen display, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, a 3.5mm headset jack, and a 5MP AutoFocus camera. What’s more, T-Mobile UK will also release the BlackBerry Pearl 3G 9105, which features an alphanumeric keypad instead of a SureType keypad. Both smartphones will be released in June 2010. Sony Ericsson has officially announced the availability of the Sony Ericsson S003 Cybershot phone in the Japanese market. The company has also launched a promotion video of this waterproof handset.
