LG Optimus LTE - The First 4G HD Smartphone

LG has proudly introduced the world’s first 4G HD smartphone, the Optimus LTE. Powered by the Google Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, the smartphone features a 4.5-inch (1280 x 720) IPS display, which is combined with a fast 1.5GHz dual-core processor, a 1GB of RAM, an 8MP rear-facing camera with 1080p video recording, a 1.3MP front-facing camera for video calls, a 4GB of internal memory, DLNA support, a pre-installed 16GB microSD card and a 1,830mAh battery. It has an HDMI port that allows you to enjoy watching HD videos in the bigger screen. The LG Optimus LTE will be available in two variants in the South Korean market such as the LG SU640 for SK Telecom and the LG LU6200 for LG U+. No word on pricing at this moment. Read more…

HTC Raider 4G Smartphone With LTE Connectivity

HTC will release the Raider 4G smartphone in the South Korean market later this year. Measuring 128.8mm x 67mm x 11.27mm and weighing 163.8 grams, this Android smartphone comes jam packed with a fast 1.5GHz dual-core processor with a 1GB of RAM, a 4.5-inch qHD (540 x 960 pixel) resolution display, a 4G LTE connectivity, and a built-in 16GB storage space. The handset has a superb 8-megapixel AutoFocus camera with a back-illuminated sensor, an f/2.2 lens, and 1080p (1920 x 1080 pixel) video recording capabilities. The HTC Raider 4G supports up to 100Mbps download speed and up to 50Mbps upload speed on the South Korean LTE networks. AT&T Unveils RIM BlackBerry Torch 9810 4G Smartphone

AT&T has recently introduced the new BlackBerry Torch 9810. This 4G smartphone runs on the BlackBerry 7 OS, which promises hardware-accelerated graphics and supports for near-field communication technology. The BlackBerry Torch 9810 features a full QWERTY keyboard, a fast 1.2GHz processor, an 8GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot for storage expansion (up to 32GB), a 720p video capture, Wi-Fi and support for the carrier’s HSPA+ network.
