HTC Salsa And ChaCha Facebook Phones
Expansys will launch the HTC ChaCha and HTC Salsa Facebook phones on June 17th, 2011. Both handset feature the Facebook-branded keys and deep social integration. The HTC ChaCha is a portrait QWERTY device, packing a full physical keypad alongside a 2.6-inch (480 x 320) touchscreen display, the Google Android 2.3 OS, a 600MHz processor, a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera, a VGA video-call camera, HSDPA and WiFi connectivity and a 512MB of internal memory (expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card slot).
The HTC Salsa is a fully-touchscreen device, packing a 3.4-inch (480 x 320) display, the Google Android 2.3 OS, a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera with flash, HSDPA and WiFi connectivity and a 512MB of internal memory. No word on pricing of these handsets at this moment. [Expansys]
