
Samsung will launch three new smartphones in India, the Wave 3, Galaxy Y and Omnia W. The Samsung Wave 3 is the latest Bada 2.0-powered smartphone that features a 1.4GHz processor, a 5MP digital camera with 720p HD video recording, Wi-Fi Direct support, GPS, Bluetooth, a 1500mAh battery and 14.4Mbps HSDPA support. The Samsung Galaxy Y is an Android 2.3-powered smartphone that offers an 832MHz processor, a 3-inch QVGA display with TouchWiz UI, a 2MP camera, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, 7.2Mbps and a 1200mAh battery. And finally, the Samsung Omnia W is claimed as the company’s first Windows Phone 7 smartphone in India. The handset comes equipped with a 1.4GHz processor, a 3.7-inch Super AMOLED display, a 5MP camera with 720p HD video recording support, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, an 8GB internal memory, A-GPS, a 1500mAh battery and 14.4Mbps HSPA support.
