Sprint HTC EVO 4G – America’s First 4G Phone

You are lucky if you are living in the United States, because Sprint will launch the HTC EVO 4G smartphone on June 4th, 2010 for only $199.99 with a new 2-year contract. The Sprint HTC EVO 4G will be the first 4G phone in the US. The smartphone has the forward facing camera that is capable of performing over both 3G and 4G networks. Video chats will run on Qik, a third party application which also points to the possibility of making phone-to-PC calls.
The HTC EVO 4G features the latest Android 2.1 OS, offering more than 35,000 apps. The phone is powered by a 4.3-inch display, a superfast 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, an 8.0-megapixel AutoFocus camera with HD-capable video camcorder and a forward-facing 1.3-megapixel camera.
