AT&T Motorola Bravo And Flipside Android Handsets

The Motorola Bravo and Motorola Flipside are a couple of new Android-based smartphones, which are now available for purchase via AT&T. The Motorola Bravo features a 3.7-inch (854 x 480 pixels) touchscreen display with MotoBlur, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, stereo Bluetooth, a 3MP camera, an expandable memory and an 800MHz TI OMAP processor. The Motorola Flipside has a 3.1-inch HVGA touchscreen display, a sliding QWERTY keyboard, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, and a 3MP camera. Unfortunately, both handsets are powered by the Google Android 2.1 OS. Telus Will Launch LG Optimus One Later This Month

You are lucky if you are living in Canada, because you will be able to purchase the LG Optimus One in the next few weeks. As a reminder, the LG Optimus One is a mid-range Android smartphone that uses the Google Android 2.2 Froyo. Acer Liquid Metal Android 2.2 Smartphone Is Now Official

Acer has finally confirmed the availability of the Liquid Metal Android smartphone. The phone is powered by the Google Android 2.2 OS, Acer’s Breeze UI overlay with SocialJogger app that integrates Facebook and Twitter, a 800MHz Qualcomm MSM7230 processor, a 3.6-inch capacitive touchscreen, a 14.4 Mbps HSDPA, Wi-Fi 802.11n, DLNA/UPnP support, Dolby Surround technology, a 5-megapixel AutoFocus camera with LED flash and 720p HD video recording at 30fps, a stainless steel battery cover with chrome trims and a LED notification light above the display. The Acer Liquid Metal Android 2.2 smartphone is priced at £299 ($479). The brown version will be released next month in the UK, while the silver version will be available in December 2010.
