AT&T Unveils Samsung Sunburst And Strive
AT&T will release two new handsets from Samsung, the full touchscreen Sunburst (SGH-A697) and vertical QWERTY slider Strive (SGH-A687). Both cell phones will be available in AT&T stores from March 21st, 2010. The Samsung Sunburst sports a 3-inch resistive touchscreen display with a 2MP camera, Bluetooth 2.0, preloaded AT&T services, Smart Unlock, a HTML browser with finger zoom and a quick access to various social networking sites. Oh the other hand, the Samsung Strive boasts a full vertical sliding QWERTY keyboard, a 2MP camera, Bluetooth 2.0, e-mail support and a bunch of AT&T services including the newly announced group messaging service, AT&T Mobile Share and AT&T Address Book. The Samsung Sunburst will retails for $39.99 with a 2-year contract and $50 mail-in rebate. Meanwhile, the Samsung Strive will go for $19.99 for a limited time with a 2-year contract and $50 mail-in rebate.
